COVID-19 Update

Please Note, that due to COVID-19 and following the local health mandates in  the USA, we are taking additional precautions to help ensure the health and safety of our customers, employees and allieD designers in Latin America. These precautions include reduced staffing at each atelier.  For this reason please know that our efforts have increased the time it takes to process and ship your order up to three weeks (otherwise our  KKG team will be contacting you with new dates )

Shipping Information

Please keep in mind that once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to that order. While we try to make every effort to appropriately manage our inventory and fulfill every order, please take into consideration that most of our designers produce a limited amount of exclusive and carefully created products. All items are shipped from Latin America, which results in a longer shipping time (versus the standard U.S brands and websites). In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified by a K.Kupitrac Group Team representative.

Some of our Designers have very specific items in their collections which may be available for “pre-order” only. These specific products will have a different shipping time frame (compared to the ones already in stock), so please make sure to check if the product you are ordering falls into this category as it could take between 3 to 4 weeks.

K.Kupitrac Group will not take any responsibility for covering the costs related to taxes or duties for international orders in case of returns.


K,Kupitrac Group will notify you via email with all the details of your order right after you make a purchase through our site, where you will be able to track the status of your order.  If any delay occurs, we will notify you with further dates of arrival.

Return & Refund Process

K. Kupitrac Group Online Store. Allows returns to merchandise at

K.Kupitrac Group Headquarters (225 Rector Place, Suite 4c, New York, NY ,10280)  within 15 days of the order delivery date.

  • Merchandise should be received at K. Kupitrac Group Headquarters within 15 days for a free return. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days to qualify for a return (a $10 restocking fee will be applied after 15 days).
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Sale Items may not be returned. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges: (if applicable) we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you will have to return the piece and reorder for the new size that better fits you.
  • Custom Made orders are NOT refundable or exchangeable.

Please Note that Swimwear brands do not allow any type of returns, unless it is related to any manufacturing or quality issues.

For orders within the United States, Free shipping on orders over $300. To qualify for free return shipping your return must arrive at K. Kupitrac Group within 15 business days of the day you receive the merchandise. Please Allow 7 days transit time. Returns received after 15 days will incur in a $10.00 restocking fee from the refunded amount. Returns received after 15 Days will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and approve your package, please allow 5-7 business days to receive the refund. You will receive an email notification from us once the refund is processed. From that point forward, the amount of days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account will depend on your banking/financial institution.

Please note that all of our merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipping, but if you were to receive a defective product, please notify us as soon as possible. Claims over 30 days of the purchase wont be applicable.

Please Note : KKG is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery date. Money reimbursing wont be made.

We do not take any responsibility for covering the costs related to shipping, duties, or taxes for international returns.
